1. Kit description

This product is a colloidal gold rapid detection card for ochratoxin A, which is used for quantitative detection of ochratoxin A residues in grain and its products.

2. Principle of kit

Based on competitive colloidal gold technology, there are two invisible lines sprayed on the central white film surface of the detection card, the top one is QC line C line and the next one is the detection line t line; If ochratoxin A is not contained in the sample, the antibody colloidal gold complex of ochratoxin A on the reaction card will be mostly captured by T-line and will show obvious color; If the sample contains ochratoxin A, the color of T-line will become light or disappear with the increase of ochratoxin a concentration. The detection line is light and dark by card reader. According to the light color and the standard curve built in the card reader, the content of ochratoxin A in the sample is calculated automatically.
